After having worked for 15 years in IT & Telecom domain, I changed gears and found my calling in food.
I trained and graduated again as a Chef and now working in Food & Media. Having worked on a couple of food shows for TV on the production side, have gained a good insight into the history of food and its impact on history. Anything related to food excites me and keeps me in learning mode.
