After having worked for 15 years in IT & Telecom domain, I changed gears and found my calling in food.
I trained and graduated again as a Chef and now working in Food & Media. Having worked on couple of food shows for TV on production side, have gained good insight into the history of food and its impact on history. Anything related to food excites me and keep me in learning mode.
